Elizabeth Metcalf Dickson Mills, 73, wife of Frederick Robert Mills of 121 Cloey Road, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at her home.
A native of Seneca, SC, Mrs. Mills was the daughter of the late James Edward & Lizzie Mozelle Baker Metcalf. During her career, Mrs. Mills worked at Clemson University as a computer analyst for 30 years, and at Seneca Light and Water as an administrative assistant for 15 years. She was the longest serving officer of America’s Clogging Hall of Fame, known as the Original ACHF, 1981, for 36 years. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Mills is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Williams of Myrtle Beach SC, and Sister Joyce Terhaar and her husband Joe of Plymouth, MN.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mills was preceded in death by her first husband William Harris Dickson, brother Anthony Metcalf and sister Linda “Cookie” Alexander.
The Family is at their respective homes.
A grave side service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at
Oconee Memorial Park
